The Directors Cup

• April 22nd, 2023 (Saturday Only)
• Parks: Daughtery Park/Henry County Parks (Park subject to change)
• Ages: 8-Open, 10-Open, 12-Open, 14-Open, 16-Open, 18-Open
• Age Cut Off: Dec 31^st
• Class: A, Open

Game Details:

• 4GG, 2 Pool followed by Double Elimination

Payment Information:

• Entry Fee: $500.00
• 8U Entry Fee: $450.00
• Team Gate Fee/Spectator Fee: TBD

Teams entry requirements/details:

• NOT be officially entered in the tournament until:
  • USA Registration fees for 2022-2023 & Turn in their Rosters
• Entry Deadline April 15th, 2022
• Rosters must be turned in one day before the tournament
• All bats must be ASA/USA Certified.

Awards:

• $1,000 Winner for first place. $250 winner for second place.  (Note: There must be a min of 15 Teams per bracket for prizes, if less then 15, prize package will be pro-rated. Prizes and amount subjected to change. Prize pack is an estimated value and subject to change.
• Champions will get the Directors Cup Championship Trophy

Bids and Nationals:

• Tournament of Champions Bid: 1st and Second Place will win an automatic Bid
• USA South Eastern Nationals: Win 1st or Second Place, or play Three Top Flight Events.
• USA A Nationals: 1st, Second, and Third place Georgia Teams will be eligible for the Invitational Route Birth to USA A Nationals. (Please ask for more details)

Rules:

• USA Rules apply Except for the following:
• Pool Games may end in a Tie
• NO Infield Warm-up after 1st Inning
• Please stay off the line
• Please have team 15 Min before game start ready to play
• You may have 2 EP, or a DP/Flex. Can’t be used in traditional qualifiers.
• For Pool play you may bat everyone, free substitutions on defense
