Topflight Tournament Rain out Policy – Southern World Series and Showcase

Rain out for Tournament Cancellation due to Weather

1. A) If a team starts a game (Pitch is thrown no refund will be granted)
2. B) If the tournament is cancelled before a game officially begins (no pitch is thrown) refunds will be as follows.

Registered teams will have the following choice:

1) A 75% credit for a future Topflight Tournament (good for all the way for 3 years)

OR

2) A partial refund

A partial refund is as follows

B) For 5 Game Guarantee Events: $300.00 Refund if no games are played

C) For 4 Game Guaranteed Events: $200.00 Refund if no games are played

D) For 3 Game Guaranteed Events: $50,00 Refund if no games ae played
